A 9.1k sf office property in San Diego’s Old Town traded hands in a $2.2 mil ($242/sf) transaction. The building is located on a half-acre parcel at 2254 Moore St, near the south entrance to Old Town with excellent freeway access from I-5.
The property was purchased by Moore St. Investments Inc, an entity of San Diego-based Hotel Investment Group Inc. The new ownership plans to occupy a portion of the property while processing a long-term hotel development plan for the site.
Jon Busse of Colliers International San Diego Region represented the seller, the Allison B. McBride Family Limited Partnership. Marc Frederick of CBRE repped the San Diego-based buyer.
