Panavision has renewed its lease for 24k sf of creative office space in Hollywood. The transaction is for a two-story, single-tenant building at 6735 Selma Ave, just east of Highland Ave between Sunset and Hollywood Blvds, which has been 100% leased to Panavision since its completion in 1995.
Located in the heart of Hollywood, the building is within walking distance of numerous residential and retail amenities, including the Hollywood and Highland retail complex, the Roosevelt Hotel and the El Capitan Theatre. It is owned by Torrance Borders Partners.
Ian Strano of NAI Capital represented the landlord in the transaction. The tenant was repped by Patrick Amos with CBRE and Rich Bright from Jones Lang LaSalle. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
