A 24.1k sf industrial warehouse building in Tustin sold for $4.2 mil, or $174/sf. The property, located at 14401 Franklin Ave, was sold by Brian Bennett Revocable Trust.
Built in 1976, the building is situated near near Jamboree and the 5 Fwy. The buyer plans to use the space for general industrial and distribution purposes, and will renovate it for use as an industrial warehouse building.
Byron Foss, Nick Carey, and Wade Tift of NGKF represented the seller in the deal. The buyer, 14401 Franklin Ave LLC, was represented by Lee & Associates. The all-cash deal closed in 30 days.
