The law firm of Jackson Lewis has signed a full floor, 22k sf lease at 200 Spectrum Center Drive, a 21-story vertical office property within Irvine Spectrum. The building is now more than 60% leased.
Ranked 76th in the AmLaw100, Jackson Lewis will move to 200 Spectrum Center from Irvine’s airport area this fall. The firm will join Mazda North American Operations, cutting-edge, game communications leader Curse Inc., shared workspace giant WeWork and software innovator Greenwave Systems as among the building’s inaugural customers. Other tenants at the property include Altura Associates, Pacific Mercantile Bank, another law firm, Ryze Capital Partners and Enterey, a life-sciences consultancy.
Designed by world-renowned architect Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, the 425k sf building features sleek, modern architecture with unobstructed 360-degree views. The building offers 10 feet of floor-to-ceiling glass for superior natural lighting and an efficient floor plan for maximum flexibility. 200 Spectrum Center was awarded “Designed to Earn the ENERGY STAR” recognition in 2015 and upon completion in March, earned a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Certification.
The vertical campus also offers two Irvine Company signature amenities: The Commons, an open air gathering place featuring causal workspaces, an outdoor living room and complimentary WiFi; and KINETIC, which blends a state-of-the-art onsite fitness center and wellness services, with close proximity to the St. Joseph Hoag Health Wellness Corner at The Village apartment homes. Showers, lockers and covered bicycle storage enable outdoor fitness as well as easy commuting by bike.
Located in the center of one of California’s most successful business communities, 200 Spectrum Center is adjacent to a variety of housing and lodging choices, including a 271-room, full-service Marriott that is under construction, and Irvine Spectrum Center, which offers 1.2 msf of restaurant, retail and entertainment options to seamlessly integrate work and life.
