We’ve got a couple of recent sales comps from LA’s Mid-Cities area to report. The deals had a combined price tag of just over $10 mil.
In one transaction, a 22.9k sf office property in Vernon sold for $5.75 mil, or $251/sf. The property sits on a 110k sf land site at 2801 and 2833 Leonis Blvd, east of Alameda St and north Slauson Ave.
Jack Whalen, SIOR, with Heger Industrial represented the seller, The Malburg Family Trust. Ken Coward with Colliers International repped the buyer in the deal, Hellen Lee.
In the other deal, MM Esperanza 1 LLC paid $4.55 mil for a 32.7k sf ($139/sf) industrial property at 1458 Esperanza St, east of Downey Rd and south of Olympic Blvd.
William L. Joseph of Heger Industrial represented the seller, Bijan Kassari, and Frank Lahijani. Kash Zad with Global Commercial Real Estate repped MM Esperanza 1, LLC, in the transaction.
