In a development update out of the Inland Empire, the perimeter walls have been raised on Turner Crossing-Rancho project, a 116.5k sf logistics center being developed by Turner Real Estate Investments in Rancho Cucamonga. The project is scheduled for completion on August 1 of this year.
Located in close proximity to Ontario International Airport on Fourth St near Milliken Ave, the state-of-the-art logistics project was designed by HPA architecture. It features a two-story glass elevation, 32-foot minimum ceiling heights, an ESFR sprinkler system, 18 dock-high loading doors, a 120-foot concrete truck court, high-efficiency LED lighting and white scrim foil ceilings. It also includes 7k sf of deluxe office space.
The property also offers easy access to San Bernardino (I-10), Pomona (SR-60) and the Ontario (I-15) freeways plus direct access to the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. It is being marketed for sale or lease by Clyde F. Stauff and Richard Schwartz of Colliers International.
