A partnership between Gemini Rosemont and Central Properties purchased 610 West Ash, a 19-story, 177.5k sf, Class A office tower in downtown San Diego. The price was not disclosed.
610 West Ash is located in San Diego’s Little Italy neighborhood, which is an urban mixed-use community within the downtown submarket. The property is the only Class A high-rise office building in Little Italy and is 98 percent leased to tenants including ESET, Department of Homeland Security and the Environmental Protection Agency. 610 West Ash also features a nine-level, 397-space parking garage.
Nick Psyllos, Ryan Gallagher, Michael Leggett and Nick Frasco of HFF represented the seller. The buyer, Gemini Rosemont, is based out of Santa Fe, NM. The company and its affiliates’ currently maintain a portfolio of 15 msf in 113 buildings in 21 states across the U.S.
