Newmark Realty Capital has arranged $43.5 mil in permanent financing for a 122.5k sf, grocery-anchored neighborhood center in Woodland Hills. Located adjacent to the Warner Center and anchored by Ralph’s, the property has 101 freeway visibility and a strong line-up of national and credit retail tenants.
George Mitsanas and Doug Tisdale in Newmark’s Los Angeles office arranged the fixed-rate, non-recourse financing for the borrower. The 10-year loan was funded through a life insurance company lender and provides for interest-only payments during the first five years followed by a 30-year amortization.
