Radisson Suites Buena Park Trades Hands

11/18/15

Golden Capital Venture LLC, a subsidiary of INVOBAL Corporation, has acquired the 200-room, all-suite Radisson Suites Buena Park located in the heart of the Buena Park Entertainment Zone. The property, at 7762 Beach Blvd, west of I-5 and south of the 22 Fwy, was sold by Khanna Enterprises Ltd.

The full-service Radisson Suites Buena Park is walking distance to Knott’s Berry Farm and close proximity to the Disneyland Resort Area and the Anaheim Convention Center. The hotel benefits from the greater Disneyland lodging market as it is one of the premiere travel destinations in the country and continues to show outstanding growth.

Daniel Shaunt of Reeco represented the buyer, who will operate the hotel as the Radisson Suites Anaheim-Buena Park and plans to introduce improvements that will enhance the level of service and comfort delivered to business and leisure travelers. Bob Kaplan and Rod Apodaca of CBRE Hotels in Newport Beach repped the seller.
