A 22.5k sf industrial building in Santa Clarita sold for $2.78 mil, or $124/sf. The facility is situated on a 57.4k sf site at 27822 Fremont Ct, south of Newhall Ranch Rd and east of I-5.
The property was sold by Neotech Products Inc, a leader in the development of neonatal, pediatric and respiratory products worldwide. The company was founded in 1986 and, due to significant growth over the last few years, they need to relocate to a larger facility in Valencia that will be more suitable for their operation.
Neotech was represented by Trevor Gale and Jon Reno, SIOR, CCIM, of Heger Industrial. The buyer, Stanford Avenue Industrial LLC, was repped by Joel Hutak with Lee & Associates.
