Coventry Real Estate Advisors has obtained an $8.9 mil loan for the recapitalization of the Buena Park Mall, a 535.4k sf regional mall located in Buena Park. The loan was provided by PCCP LLC.
The property is 92 percent occupied and includes major tenants such as DSW, John’s Incredible Pizza, Krikorian Theater, Ross Dress for Less, and Olive Garden, among others. Located at 8000 La Palma Ave, Buena Park Mall is adjacent to the Knott’s Berry Farm theme park and offers easy access to the 5 and 91 freeways.
