In a recent OC industrial sales comp, Ziething Family Trust paid $2.95 mil for a 16.1k sf industrial building in Costa Mesa. The deal works out to $183/sf.
The property is located at 200 Briggs Ave, south of Baker St between the 55 Fwy and Red Hill Ave. The buyer will use the property for a cabinet manufacturing and interior design business.
Morgan Hill, Associate with Voit Real Estate Services, represented the buyer. Jeff Mitchell, also with Voit, repped the seller, Lukas Family Trust.
