Wasserman Grossman & Sloan LLP, a business management and accountancy firm, inked a five-year, $2.8 mil renewal lease for 12.4k sf ($3.76/sf/mo) of space in Westwood. The building, known as One Westwood, is located at 10990 Wilshire Blvd, east of the 405 Fwy at Veteran Ave.
Wasserman Grossman & Sloan LLP originally occupied the entire eighth floor of the building on a sublease basis in 2010 and, with this renewal, will continue to occupy the entire eighth floor through 2020.
One Westwood is a Class A office tower containing 201.9k sf of space over 17 floors. The award-winning building is situated at the forefront of the prestigious Wilshire corridor. The high-rise, distinguished by its unique architecture and very desirable location, offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, surrounding cityscapes and the Santa Monica Mountains. It is within close proximity to UCLA and Westwood Village.
Mitchell Stokes of Madison Partners represented Wasserman Grossman & Sloan LLP in their lease renewal. The building is owned by Douglas Emmett, who was repped in the transaction by in-house executive Rob Zaas.
