Trailer Park has leased an additional 15.2k sf of office space in Hollywood, boosting its total occupancy at 6922 Hollywood Blvd to 86.3k sf of space. The global marketing agency leased the full 10th floor.
Trailer Park will occupy six of the building’s 12 stories beginning in 2015. The company has been a tenant here since 2001, initially leasing two floors, and has building-top signage.
Andrew Lustgarten, Corporate Managing Director in Savills Studley’s downtown Los Angeles office, represented Trailer Park in the transaction. Steve Salas of Madison Partners repped the landlord, Hudson Pacific Properties.
6922 Hollywood Boulevard is a Class A office building located just west of the Hollywood/Highland intersection and across from Mann’s Chinese Theatre. It contains 205k sf of space and is 100% leased.
