Here’s a quick brief on a large industrial lease in La Mirada. Third-party logistics firm All-Ways Pacific LLC inked a deal for an entire 254.7k sf facility located at 15300 Desman Rd, south of Alondra Blvd and west of Beach Blvd.
The property is a Class A, warehouse and distribution building featuring 39 dock-high and three ground-level loading positions with crossdock loading, 41 foot warehouse clearance, early suppression fast response sprinklers and two separate securable yard areas. The building is located with direct access to I-5 and U.S. 91 freeways. It is just 30 minutes from the Los Angeles and Long Beach ports.
Daum Commercial represented the tenant in the transaction. JLL repped the property owner. Terms of the deal were not given out.
