Premier Business Centers, the big, national executive suite/alternative workspace provider, has entered into an agreement for its second executive suite center in San Diego’s Del Mar area. The new center is on the fourth floor of Del Mar Corporate Plaza, located at 12636 High Bluff Drive, south of Del Mar Heights Rd and just east of I-5.
Premier’s new center is situated just three buildings north on High Bluff from their current Del Mar Heights location. This 14.6k sf, service-shared office space is currently being built-out to accommodate 60 executive suite office spaces, two meeting rooms, a day office, a kitchen, and a reception area.

The Del Mar Corporate Plaza is within the 102-acre San Diego Corporate Center, which is surrounded by the legendary 4,300-acre, master-planned community of Del Mar Highlands. The property offers an impressive landscaped entry courtyard featuring a beautiful water sculpture and ample surface parking.
Premier Business Centers' latest location will offer professional complete office space solutions which feature full-time executive offices with turn-key technology plans, part-time day offices, virtual office packages, meeting rooms and flexible shared workspaces. Available for preleasing now, the Del Mar Corporate Plaza office space is scheduled to open in November of 2014.
