Guajome Schools LLC purchased a 38.7k sf building in Vista to be used for its Guajome Park Academy, a charter school consisting of grades K-8. The property, located at 1132 North Melrose Dr, was sold for $4.5 mil ($116/sf) by North Coast Church.
The location was previously a religious facility for North Coast Church for over four years. It currently is occupied by LiFE Church, which has one year remaining on its lease.
Todd Davis, CCIM, and Chris Baumgart of Cassidy Turley represented North Coast Church. Cassidy Turley’s Jim Benson, along with Jon Walters of Colliers International, repped the buyer in the deal.
