A 115.3k sf industrial building located in the master-planned Siempre Viva Business Park in the Otay Mesa area of San Diego sold for $8.15 mil, or $71/sf. The buyer was Niceride 1 LLC.
The building, located at 8851-8877 Kerns St, will be the new Southern California corporate headquarters for Otay Mesa Leasing, which signed a 10-year lease with Niceride 1, LLC, for an undisclosed amount. Otay Mesa Leasing specializes in the sales and leasing of construction/industrial equipment throughout Southern California and Mexico.
Regan Tully of Cassidy Turley’s Otay Mesa office represented the buyer and the sellers, JJB Silverhawk, LP and VCH No. 1 LP, in the transaction.
