Lincoln Property Company picked up a 106.3k sf, multi-tenant industrial building in Carlsbad for $9.5 mil ($89/sf). The property is located at 2270 Camino Vida Roble, west of El Camino Real and south of Palomar Airport Rd.
The building was 85% leased to a diverse roster of 17 tenants at the time of sale. Lincoln Property Company plans to upgrade the project’s landscaping and signage program over the next few months.
Aric Starck of Cassidy Turley represented both the buyer, 2270 Camino LP, and the seller, 2270 Camino Vida Roble LLC, an entity of the Gilbert J. Martin Foundation, in the transaction.
