We have two recent Anaheim industrial sales comps to report. The transactions encompass a combined 54.1k sf of space and total to $6.2 mil.
In the larger of the two deals, DG Performance, a manufacturer of aftermarket motorcycle exhaust pipes, paid $3.3 mil for a 26k sf ($127/sf) facility located at 4100 E. La Palma Ave. DG Performance will fully occupy the building for its operations.
Seth Davenport and Mitch Zehner of Voit Real Estate Service’s Anaheim office represented the buyer. The seller, Simon Ozkan, was represented by Derek Paul of Ashwill Associates.
In the other transaction, La Jolla Leasing M&A LLC, a nutraceuticals company, spent $2.95 mil on a 28k sf ($105/sf) building located at 1240 N. Red Gum St. The buyer plans to fully occupy this building to expand its manufacturing operations.
In this deal, Voit’s Davenport and Zehner repped the seller, Frances Seiford. La Jolla Leasing M&A LLC was represented by Scott Seal of Lee & Associates.
