NAI Capitals Senior Vice President Steven G. Economos CCIM, SIOR, has been awarded 2007 Broker of the Year, as the highest grossing broker among the firms 16 Southern California offices. Economos and his team, The Economos Group, are the largest sellers of office buildings in Orange County, according to the firm. This marks the second time Economos has earned Top Broker Status with NAI Capital.
NAI Capital also announces its 42 Capital Club Award recipients, the firms top producing brokers for 2007. NAI Capitals Capital Club recognizes brokers who achieve a notable minimum gross commission. NAI Capital Club Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver status is a distinction awarded to the highest grossing brokers throughout the company. The 2007 top broker will be recognized for their achievement at an awards ceremony to be held in February at the Jonathan Club in downtown Los Angeles. Diamond and Platinum Club brokers are further awarded by being invited to attend NAI Capitals Top Broker Retreat with a guest.
