The land is zoned M1 - Light Industrial, making it a prime site for a contractor’s yard. It is improved with several obsolete buildings, which will razed. In addition, the property offers perimeter fencing and excellent transportation access to the 71, 57, 10, and 210 freeways.
Ryan Campbell with NAI Capital Commercial represented the buyer, Encore 126, LLC. According to Campbell, the buyer plans to move his manufacturing company to this property and hold it long term.
