NAI Capital Commercial has launched a new property management division called Capital Commercial Management. The new service will provide tailored property management solutions and further strengthen the firm’s service offerings for commercial real estate owners.
Justine DelMonico has joined NAI Capital Commercial in Los Angeles as Managing Director of Capital Commercial Management. She will be responsible for sourcing property management opportunities and recruiting new team members throughout Southern California.
A native of Southern California, Justine has a decade of real estate experience, beginning her career as a Real Estate Services Administrator at CBRE in Century City before transitioning to Commercial Property Manager for Onni Group in Los Angeles. Most recently, she served as Senior Property Manager at Kennedy Wilson in Beverly Hills and was integral to managing their office property portfolio for high profile clients, including managing Kennedy Wilson’s Corporate Headquarters. Her strong work ethic and collaborative spirit got her appointed as Committee Chair of BOMA’s (Building Owners and Managers Association) Westside Regional Council for Greater Los Angeles. Justine was also awarded the Emerging Leader and Rising Star Awards from BOMA.
