A 34.4-acre site known as The Bluffs at Valencia, located within the master-planned community of FivePoint Valencia in the Santa Clarita Valley, has been listed for sale. CBRE’s Craig Peters and Sam Glendon are marketing the site on behalf of the seller, FivePoint.
Located just south of Hwy 126 and West of I-5, the site has up to 650k sf of new building development allocated and is zoned to accommodate various uses, including studio, certain light industrial, medical, retail, office and residential up to 75 dwelling units. The FivePoint Valencia community is master planned for up to 21,500 homes and 11.5 msf of commercial space.
