Duke Realty Corporation recently acquired a 74.8k sf industrial building at 13943 Maryton Avenue in Santa Fe Springs. The building, built in 2017, is in Southern California’s highly in-demand Mid-Counties submarket. The facility is currently available for lease.
The facility features a 30-foot clear height, eight dock-high positions with pit levelers at every door and a fully secured 185-foot truck court. The warehouse is well-situated with immediate access to the 5, 605 and 91 freeways.
“Warehouse and distribution space is tight across the country and here in Southern California space and land to develop space is scarce,” said Nancy Shultz, president of Duke Realty’s West Region. “We are always looking for these types of opportunities to add existing, yet modern, facilities to our portfolio. With this addition, our Southern California portfolio is now more than 21 msf.”
Chris Sheehan, Connor Reeves, Mike Foley at Colliers and Jake Smith, Duke Realty’s vice president of Leasing and Development in Southern California, are overseeing leasing of the property on behalf of Duke.
