Longpoint Realty Partners paid $11.25 mil for a 30.6k sf ($367/sf) logistics facility in the central San Fernando Valley community of Van Nuys. The property offers exceptional last-mile and e-commerce functionality that will serve the San Fernando Valley.
The property is located at 16201 Lindbergh St, south of Roscoe Blvd on the west side of Woodley Ave. Situated next to the Van Nuys Airport and just minutes to the 405 Fwy, the property offers exceptional last-mile and e-commerce functionality that will serve the San Fernando Valley.
Built in 2009, the warehouse facility features 26’ clear height, two loading docks, two ground level doors, and abundant surface parking. The seller will lease back a portion of the building as part of the transaction.

This deal marks Longpoint’s eighth acquisition in the region and advances the firm’s long-term vision of investing in high potential, infill real estate throughout Southern California.
