The law firm of inked a long-term expansion/renewal lease for 33.7k sf of office space in Downtown Los Angeles. The deal is at the the three-building, 460k sf PacMutual project, owned by Ivanhoé Cambridge and Hines.
Located at 523 West 6th St, the architecturally stunning PacMutual project consists of three interconnected buildings: Sentry Building (1922), Clock Building (1908), and Carriage House (1927) and is a recognized local landmark that was designated as a City of Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument No. 398 in 1982.
Some of the “best in class” amenities at PacMutual include a fitness center, yoga studio, bike locker, rooftop patio, multi-room conference facility and tenant lounge. PacMutual also features an extensive roster of retail amenities including Water Grill, Tender Greens, Veggie Grill, Earth Bar, the Parisian inspired Pitchoun Café, Starbucks, Fedex and Verizon.

Avison Young Principal John Eichler and Senior Vice President Tyler Stark repped the ownership in the deal.
