The County of Los Angeles closed on an office lease within the city’s LAX/Century Blvd office submarket. The agency agreed to a five-year deal for 52.1k sf of space at 5200 W Century Blvd, just west of the 405 Fwy and La Cienega Blvd. The lease value was not disclosed.
The building is one of the premier office projects in the LAX market, having recently undergone a renovation of the building systems, lobby, common areas, restrooms, HVAC and covered courtyard. The property offers abundant parking and immediate access to the 405, 105 and 91 freeways, as well as close proximity to LAX.

Runyen pointed out that the LAX market is going through a transformation that includes massive development projects such as the international terminal expansion, CONRAC, Metro Line extension and People Mover.
