Prodege LLC has leased 35k sf of office space in El Segundo as its new headquarters location. The online marketing and media company will occupy a portion of the South building at 2030 E. Maple, on the 102k sf, amenity-rich creative office campus owned by Atlas Capital Group.
2030 Maple offers a premier modern open workplace that meets the demands of the changing workplace dynamic. The building offers private entry points for each tenant, exclusive restrooms, extensive windows and skylights that permit natural light and air flow throughout each suite, individually controlled VRF HVAC systems exclusive to each space, and towering ceilings that are 16 to 20 feet high.
Atlas Capital Group is currently developing turnkey suites within the remaining space to accommodate prospective tenants looking for move-in ready, creative office product. The suites can accommodate users ranging from 10k sf to nearly 37k sf.
