Bellflower Apartment Building Goes for $288k/Unit

In a recent L.A.-area multifamily comp, an eight-unit apartment property in Bellflower traded for $2.3 mil, or $287.5k/unit. The property is located at 9604 Mayne St, north of the 91 Fwy and west of I-605.

Built in 1985, the building is well-maintained and consists of eight 2-bedroom units, six of which are townhomes. It offers spacious floor plans, averaging over 1k sf in size, and an amenities package that includes forced air/heating, private patio/yards, garage and surface parking, shared laundry, and laundry hook-ups in two units.

Mitchel Cannata and Steve “Bogie” Bogoyevac with Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer and the seller, both private investors, in the transaction.
