Private Investor Buys 27k sf of Properties along Westwood Blvd in Los Angeles

4/21/20

An unnamed private investor has purchased three parcels in West Los Angeles totaling roughly 27k sf. The properties are located at 2107-2121 Westwood Blvd, east of the 405 Fwy and a few blocks north of Olympic Blvd. They include multiple buildings including the former home to Wally's Wine & Spirits, a popular liquor store that had occupied that site for over 30 years.

The prime West Los Angeles asset offers 200 feet of frontage along Westwood Blvd. The lot size and LAC4 Zoning generates a variety of potential opportunities for the new buyer. It is situated just north of Google’s new 600k sf office campus, a redevelopment of the former Westside Pavilion retail center on Pico Blvd, which is projected to open by 2022.

The Passman Group’s David Passman, Michael Navi and Marc Pakravan represented the seller in the transaction. The seller was advised by Richard Drapkin. The price was not disclosed.
