A 131.4k sf, Motel 6 hospitality property in the northern San Fernando Valley sold for $9 mil. The property is located at 15701, 15711 and 15725 Roscoe Blvd, just west of the 405 Fwy in North Hills.
Brandon Michaels, Steven Schechter and Sean Brandt in Marcus & Millichap’s Encino office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The M&M team also secured and repped the buyer, a private investor, and was able to align financing for the buyer during these challenging times to consummate a sale.
