An 18.5k sf industrial warehouse facility in City of Industry sold for $5.55 mil, or $300/sf. Built in 1979, the property is located at 19062 San Jose Ave, north of Hwy 60 and east of Nogales St.
The warehouse facility features two three-ton cranes, 12 ground level doors, and an oversized 1.9-acre yard. The facility is in a central San Gabriel Valley location with immediate access to the 60 freeway. The building was vacant at the time of sale. The buyer plans on occupying the building with their construction company that specializes in the public works industry.
Ryan Campbell, SIOR, with NAI Capital’s Investment Services Group represented the buyer, a family trust, in the transaction. Lee & Associates repped the seller, Golden Triangle Group LLC.
