Philly Auto Inc has agreed to a $4.3 mil lease for 17.5k sf of space in Inglewood. The transaction is for three buildings on a 59k sf site at 817 N La Brea Ave, east of the 405 Fwy and just south of Centinela Ave.
The site was originally a car dealership. Philly Auto plans to open a full service used car dealership on the property. The company specializes in matching drivers with the vehicles they need. Over the years, Philly Auto has developed valuable relationships with buyers, and many buyers return again and again when they need a new set of wheels.
The site is in a vibrant location where there are 268,822 people within a three-mile radius with an average household income of $54,066. The property enjoys convenient access to the 110 and 405 Freeways as well the Forum, the Hollywood Park Casino and the future Los Angeles Stadium and Entertainment District at Hollywood Park.
