Ace Metrix inked a $2.2 mil lease for 9.1k sf of office space in El Segundo. The firm’s new location is at 1960 East Grand Avenue, a 12-story, 260.4k sf Class A building situated on 5.3 acres in the heart of El Segundo’s Super Block. The lease term was not disclosed.
The building features excellent on-site amenities including an outdoor patio, koi pond, fitness facility, basketball court and a large park area with seating areas. It includes Fooda, which partners with companies and office buildings to provide unique restaurant-based meal services.
Joseph Faulkner with NAI Capital represented Ace Metrix, an advertising analytics company. The firm screens and scores video advertising based on a survey method which measures an advertisement's creative impact including that of persuasion, watchability and emotional factors. Bill Bloodgood with CBRE repped the property owner, Brookfield.
