The development was designed to appeal to multiple users, from transit riders and residents to office workers, hotel guests and the surrounding community. The centerpiece is a large landscaped park that winds through the property providing pedestrian connectivity and areas for programs, recreation and relaxation. Ivy Station’s prominent location provides a gateway to Culver City that will link two historic areas of the City; the energetic revitalized downtown and the growing creative Arts District.
The project, which broke ground in 2017, is estimated for completion in late 2019.
