There has been $21.4 mil and 97k sf in leasing activity at The Courtyard, a newly renovated Class A creative office campus in Culver City, over the past two and a half years since it was acquired by LA-based Olive Hill Group. This activity has brought occupancy at the property, located at 200-300 Corporate Pointe, from 72% to 95% over that time period.
Situated on the east side of the 405 Fwy near Jefferson Blvd, The Courtyard features a campus atmosphere, flexible outdoor work space, a soothing waterfall, and a lagoon. Recent signings include Paychex, Ipsos and Pearson.
Olive Hill’s redevelopment and rebranding of the property included upgraded seating areas in the courtyard and the addition of food truck loading zones, bike-share, an upgraded cafe, a new on-site fitness center, and hammocks within a lounge setting. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi throughout the courtyard, improved walkability, and modernized lighting.
