Faring Capital paid $9.5 mil for a 5k sf retail asset on a 7.4k sf lot in West Hollywood. The property, which was acquired as part of a long-term assemblage strategy, is located at 8954 Santa Monica Blvd, at the corner with Robertson Blvd.
The property, which includes retail and restaurant space, was 100% leased to short term tenants upon closing. It sold for $1,293 per land square foot.
Mitch Stokes of MadisonPartners represented the seller, The Urquhart Family Trust, and was the sole broker in the transaction. The buyer represented themselves.
