Beverly Hills Retail Property Sells for Over $1,000/sf


A 3.7k sf retail property located at 207-209 S. Robertson Blvd Beverly Hills sold for $3.9 mil ($1,054/sf). The property, situated just south of Wilshire Blvd, features 50 feet of frontage along Robertson Blvd. in one of the nation’s most affluent and top-performing areas for high-end retail. It was sold by an LA-based private investment entity.

Situated along one of the area’s major thoroughfares, the property’s new ownership, Pagani of Beverly Hills, plans on embarking on a major renovation of the building for use to showcase and sell its high-end supercars (each car can cost upwards of $2.5 mil). The new Pagani of Beverly Hills is expected to open in a few months once façade, building upgrades and tenant improvements are complete.

Justin Mendelson and Joshua Berger with Charles Dunn Company represented the buyer and helped advise the seller in the transaction. The duo worked closely with the City of Beverly Hills on the property’s use and zoning in order to ensure the new showroom could its doors as quickly and efficiently as possible.”
