Hong Holdings LLC, a local asset management company, has paid $5.23 mil for a 15.5k sf ($337/sf) building at The Campus @ Westlake, a five-building office campus in Westlake Village.
Located at 4353 Park Terrace Drive, the building has recently undergone a multi-million-dollar capital renovation. The complex features an abundance of free parking, professional management, and proximity to retail, restaurants, golf, theatres, and fitness centers. The site also provides easy access to the 101 Fwy.
CBRE’s Troy Pollet, David Solomon, Mark Perry, and Carlene O’Neil represented the seller, Majestic Asset Management Inc, a real estate investment company based in Agoura Hills.
“Acquiring the campus less than a year ago, Majestic is close to executing its initial strategy, which was to sell the two smaller buildings to owner-users,” explains Solomon. “With this transaction, that’s now been accomplished.”
Majestic Asset Management is a real estate investment and property management company with a focus on re-positioning real estate to achieve its full potential. In 2016, Majestic completed more than $100 mil in real estate transactions and is on track to achieve more than $175 mil in deals this year.
