Vie Logistics Inc has inked a major expansion/extension lease in Torrance that boosts its space from 98k sf to 155k sf. The firm’s six-year deal has a total value of around $6 mil.
The property, which also serves as Vie's corporate HQ, is located at 4240 W. 190th St, just east of Hawthorne Blvd near the intersection with 190th St. Key features of the concrete tilt-up building include 19 dock-high doors, and ample on-site parking. Vie Logistics has been in the facility for the past four years.
