Bollore` Logistics USA, a France-based global leader in international transport and logistics, has signed a five-year, $2 mil lease extension for 40.1k sf of ($0.83/sf/mo) industrial space in the South Bay. Bollore uses the space as its regional distribution hub.
The Bollore space is in a concrete tilt-up building located at 19630 Pacific Gateway Dr, within Pacific Gateway Business Park. Approximately 75 people are employed at the site.
Todd Taugner, SIOR, David Prior, SIOR, and Frank Schulz, SIOR, with The Klabin Company, represented Bollore in the transaction. Bollore is a tier-one supply chain partner and one of the top 10 transport logistics companies in the world. Prudential Real Estate is the property owner.
