Marsh & McLennan Companies has agreed to a 15-year lease for 72k sf of office space at US Bank Tower in downtown Los Angeles. The company, one of the largest and most prestigious insurance services firms in the world, will take space on floors 11 through 14 of the iconic skyscraper, one of the most prominent buildings in the Western United States.
US Bank Tower, located at 633 W. Fifth St, stands 75 stories high with over 1.4 msf of Class A office space. At 1,018 feet, it is the tallest building west of the Mississippi River. Other tenants include Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, Jenner & Block, FTI Consulting, Gordon Rees, and Hinshaw & Culbertson.
Tower amenities include a recently renovated lobby, observation deck and event space on the 69th and 70th floors, the critically acclaimed 71Above restaurant, and the country’s largest high-resolution video screen measuring 126 feet wide by 17 feet high with 10 million megapixels.
Marsh & McLennan Companies was represented by Jeffrey Welch, Lynn Williams, and Michael Hartwick from CBRE. The landlord, OUE Limited, was repped by John Eichler, Peter Collins, and Tyler Stark with Cushman & Wakefield, who serve as exclusive leasing agents for the property. The lease value was not disclosed.
