Coral Tree Properties LLC paid $10.65 mil ($1,088/sf) for a 9.8k sf mixed-use property in West Los Angeles’ upscale community of Brentwood. The buyer intends to use most of the property as offices for their business.
The retail and office property is located at 11753-11761 San Vicente Blvd, along the popular San Vicente Boulevard retail corridor. The pedestrian-oriented boulevard is noted for its numerous amenities and beautiful coral tree-lined median.
Mitchell Stokes with Madison Partners represented the buyer in the transaction. Jeff Pion of CBRE repped the seller, VDG Real Estate.
