Ring Power Corporation has leased a 70.6k sf, high-image industrial building in Rancho Dominguez for expansion of its California regional center. Ring, a leading full-line dealer for Caterpillar, signed a five-year deal worth $3.1 mil, or $0.73/sf/mo.
Ring Power recently occupied its new facility, located at 18700 Laurel Park Rd, south of the 91 Fwy and just west of Alameda St. Approximately 50 people are employed at the site.
Ring’s new regional center is a free-standing, concrete tilt-up light industrial structure featuring 6.1k sf of office space, eight dock -gh and two ground-level loading doors, 22-foot clear ceiling height, and 87 parking spots.
Todd Taugner, SIOR, Frank Schulz, SIOR, and David Prior, SIOR, with The Klabin Company, represented TA Associates, the property owner.
Established in 1962 and already one of the largest Caterpillar dealers in the Southeastern U.S., Ring Power has eight facilities outside of Florida, including Rhode Island, New Jersey, the Carolinas, Georgia, Texas and California. Ring Power will also provide power for large events and concerts from its new Los Angeles area facility.
