In a recent industrial lease comp out of northern LA County, Armen Living inked a five-year, $2.8 mil deal for a 58.4k sf ($0.80/sf/mo), high-image facility in Valencia. Armen, a furniture designer and manufacturer, will use the space for relocation and expansion of its headquarters.
Armen Living plans a May 1 occupancy of its new headquarters, located at 28939 Avenue Williams, west of I-15 and north of Hwy 126, within the Valencia Commerce Center. They will use the property for distribution and online sales.
Armen Living will expand from three buildings totaling about 40k sf in Sun Valley. Its new Valencia facility features concrete tilt-up construction, 30-foot ceiling height, five dock-high loading doors, a large concrete truck court, and high performance sprinkler system.
Peter Steigleder and Kelly Betpolice with Hudson Commercial Partners represented Armen Living, a manufacturer of barstools and furnishings for dining rooms, offices, and the outdoors. David Young and Chad Gahr with NAI Capital repped the property owner, 12800 Wentworth.
