A 21.1k sf warehouse in Valencia sold for $3 mil, or around $140/sf. The property was sold by Patrick Crane. Built in 1989, the building sits on a 43.4k sf site at 25060 Avenue Tibbitts, within Santa Clarita Valley’s master planned Valencia Industrial Center. The building is a single-tenant, warehouse structure is of concrete tilt-up design.
Scott Linklater with NAI Capital represented the buyer, 28348 Constellation Road LLC. According to Linklater, the buyer needed more space for his growing distribution business.
