Century Plaza Towers, a 2.4 msf office tower complex in Century City, has achieved LEED® - Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance (LEED-EB O&M) Gold Recertification established by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and verified by the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI). Located at 2029 and 2049 Century Park East, Century Plaza Towers consists of two 44-story high-rise buildings.
Century Plaza Towers is managed and leased by CBRE Group Inc and owned by institutional investors advised by J. P. Morgan Asset Management. The CBRE team managing the building is Renee Watkinson, Vice President of Property Management and Director RPA; Janet Argoti, Senior Real Estate Manager, RPA; Brittny Dow, Assistant Real Estate Manager, RPA, Dylan Hanseth, Assistant Real Estate Manager and Chris Daniel, Chief Engineer. Other team members include janitorial service provider Able, landscape service provider Park West and consulting sustainability Project Analyst, Norman W. Henderson, LEED AP O+M, CBRE, Inc.

Through the implementation of many key strategic green initiatives, Century Plaza Towers’ ownership and management achievements included:
• The building’s ENERGY STAR score was documented at 90, which places it in the top 8% of all comparable office buildings nationwide.
• Reduced potable water consumption for indoor plumbing fixtures by 38.01% compared to conventional buildings.
• Documented that 98.76% of janitorial cleaning products meet sustainable criteria.
• Documented 28.90% reduction in conventional commuting trips.
• Exemplary performance for low-mercury lamps, indoor water efficiency and heat island reduction.
