Ten Thousand, a 40-story luxury high-rise residential tower currently underway on Santa Monica Blvd at the edge of Century City and Beverly Hills, is set to open this summer. The project, a development of Crescent Heights, will feature 283 two- and three-bedroom residences with dramatic floor-to-ceiling vistas of Los Angeles, from the Pacific Ocean to Downtown and the Hollywood Hills.
Designed by Handel Architects with thoughtfully chic interiors by Shamir Shah Design, the building will feature painstakingly crafted modern influences, iconic architecture and dynamic design throughout, from the art-infused first floor lobby to the sloped roof – a first for the area and a striking departure from the surrounding flat-top buildings. It is located at 10000 Santa Monica Blvd.
Many residences offer private balconies for the perfect balance of indoor and outdoor living, and all units feature designer kitchens, stone finishes, open floor plans, spacious California closets, and two-and-a-half baths.
Ten Thousand features an exciting array of amenities including an indoor/outdoor resident’s lounge, chef’s kitchen, and private cabanas for year-round entertaining; a state-of-the-art fully-staffed fitness center designed by Jay Wright; three exercise studios, Pilates room and indoor and outdoor pools including ion filtration system; videoconference rooms and a private theater.
In addition, the project offers: groundbreaking residential technology for round-the-clock, on-demand convenience; personalized concierge services, onsite lifestyle manager and details-obsessed staff trained to preemptively meet any need and act as each resident’s personal assistant; luxury vehicles with on-call personal drivers; and a private park with tranquil landscaped gardens covering a full acre with access to an outdoor chef’s kitchen and tennis court.
Ten Thousand is the latest in Crescent Heights®’ portfolio of full-service, resident-inspired communities that reflect the grandest lifestyle narratives within the smallest details, including The Remington and Granville Towers in Los Angeles, The Regatta in Marina del Rey, and both Jasper and NEMA in San Francisco.
