Carmenita Corporate Plaza, a 68.8k sf office building in Cerritos, recently sold in a deal worth $19.7 mil ($286/sf). The building is located at 13340 E. 183rd, St, south of Artesia Blvd and west of Carmentia Rd, just off the 91 Fwy.
Principal Ryan Swanson and Chris Conway, associate, both of Lee & Associates Irvine, represented the buyer, a private investor. Kevin Shannon, Paul Jones and Blake Bokosky of CBRE repped the seller, Cohen Asset Management Inc.
“The transaction was a private exchange,” said Swanson. “The unit, which is 100% leased to Infinity Property & Casualty Corporation, has great frontage and is near major freeways.”
